A message dated June 1, 2010, was received stating the Governor                                                                 
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                                                        
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                
                                                                                                                                
    HOUSE BILL NO. 245                                                                                                          
    "An Act relating to licensure as an optometrist; establishing a                                                             
    retired status optometrist license; and providing for an effective
